Description:

The mixing tank stirrer reactor is with heating/cooling jacketed design that consists of a cylindrical vessel with a stirrer, which is for mixing various process media together. Media include all liquid types, gases & solids (such as salts, powders, granules etc). A vertical agitator is positioned inside the reactor which serves the purpose of facilitating the chemical reaction, often carried out according to certain and meticulously calculated reaction times and for which vigorous agitation is required.

Structure and Function of mixer tank

    Stainless steel mixing tanks can be designed in different structures and functions according to the production requirements of customers, such as heating/cooling temperature control, normal pressure/high pressure/vacuum, stirring/homogenizing, weighing, speed regulation, automatic control, etc. The upper part of the stainless steel mixing tank cover is equipped with a transmission device (motor or reducer), and the agitator in the mixing tank is driven by the transmission shaft to mix or homogenize materials. The mixing tank body and mixing tank cover can be sealed or hinged according to the process requirements, and can be used for feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam fractionation, safety venting and other process pipe holes. Our factory mainly produces vertical mixing tanks, we can customize make it with dish bottom or conical bottom, with foot or ears, or with wheels. the capacity from 20 liter to 400000 liter, if more bigger we need local installation,due to the shipment problem. and the specific design structure can refer to the pictures on the right.
