The liquid-feed mixing pump is mainly composed of a feed hopper, a butterfly valve, a pump housing 1, II, an impeller, a main shaft, a mechanical seal, a water cooling jacket, a pump seat, a belt drive device, and a motor. All parts of the equipment that come into contact with the material are made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which meets the requirements of food hygiene. When the equipment is working, the motor drives the main shaft and impeller through a belt, and the impeller rotates at high speed in the pump housing II to achieve the purpose of mixing the liquid. The impeller is made of Ocr19N19, which is easy to disassemble and wash to prevent bacteria from gathering. The mechanical seal consists of a static ring, a dynamic seal ring, a stainless steel spring, a compression seal ring, etc. There is also an external seal to prevent liquid leakage. The main shaft and the motor are driven by a V-belt, and are equipped with a water cooling jacket device and a tensioning device. The motor and wiring parts of this liquid-feed mixing pump can effectively avoid water accumulation and moisture, and meet the safety of electricity use. The motor and the pump seat are connected by bolts, and the whole machine can be moved arbitrarily without a fixed installation foundation.
