Versatile 500L stainless steel mixing tank with double-layer heating jacket and customizable agitator — an essential workhorse for chemical, food, cosmetic, and daily chemical batch processing.

Key Features

Material Grade SS304 or SS316L for product contact parts — corrosion-resistant, food-grade, easy to CIP clean. Carbon steel outer jacket for cost efficiency.
Heating Jacket Double-layer design with steam, thermal oil, or electric heating — uniform temperature distribution up to 200 C. Can also run cooling water for temperature-controlled processes.
Agitator Custom impeller selection — anchor, paddle, turbine, or propeller — matched to viscosity. Variable speed drive for precise mixing control.
Insulation 50mm rockwool insulation with SS304 cladding — minimizes heat loss and keeps outer surface safe to touch.
Discharge Bottom-center 2 inch sanitary ball valve or butterfly valve — complete drainage with minimal dead volume.
