500L stainless steel jacketed reactor vessel designed for chemical synthesis, polymerization, and exothermic/endothermic reactions. Integrated agitator and precise temperature control for safe, repeatable batch processing.

Key Features

Jacketed Design Full or half-pipe jacket for steam, thermal oil, or cooling water — rapid heating and cooling with uniform wall temperature distribution. Suitable for exothermic reactions requiring active cooling.
Agitator System Custom impeller (anchor, turbine, or propeller) with mechanical seal — designed for the viscosity and shear sensitivity of your reaction mixture. Variable frequency drive for speed control.
Temperature Control PID temperature controller with PT100 sensor — maintains setpoint within 1 C. Multi-stage heating/cooling profiles for complex reaction protocols.
Safety Features Pressure relief valve, rupture disc, and sight glass — meets standard safety requirements for pressurized reaction vessels.
Nozzles & Ports Feed inlet, vapor outlet, temperature port, pressure gauge port, drain valve, and spare nozzle — configurable to your process flow diagram.
