500L vacuum emulsifying mixer combining high-shear homogenization, slow-speed paddle agitation, and vacuum deaeration — designed for stable, bubble-free cosmetic emulsions from cream to lotion.

Key Features

Dual Agitation Center high-shear homogenizer (0-3600 rpm) + slow-speed wall scraper (0-60 rpm) — homogenizes fine droplets while continuously scraping the vessel wall for uniform heat transfer and no dead zones.
Vacuum System Water-ring or oil-ring vacuum pump achieves -0.09 MPa — removes air bubbles during mixing for dense, stable emulsions with smooth texture.
Heating & Cooling Jacketed vessel for steam/electric heating and water cooling — precise temperature control for heat-sensitive ingredients and wax-phase melting.
Sanitary Design SS316L contact parts, mirror-polished interior, CIP spray ball ready — meets cosmetic-grade hygiene standards.
