Combining high-shear homogenization, vacuum deaeration, and controlled heating in a single vessel, it produces stable oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions with smooth, bubble-free texture. From facial cream and body lotion to sunscreen and hair conditioner, this 200-liter cosmetic emulsifying machine delivers batch-to-batch consistency at pilot and small production scale.

  • Integrated High-Shear Homogenizer with Wall Scraper: The bottom-mounted rotor-stator homogenizer spins at 0-3600 rpm while the reverse-rotation wall scraper (0-60 rpm) continuously feeds product into the shear zone. This dual-motion design eliminates dead spots and ensures every particle passes through the high shear gap -- essential for smooth cosmetic cream texture with no graininess.
  • Vacuum Deaeration System (-0.09 MPa): A water-ring vacuum pump removes entrapped air during emulsification. Operating under vacuum eliminates micro-bubbles that would otherwise create an unstable, frothy product and shorten shelf life. The result is a dense, glossy cosmetic emulsion with extended stability for lotion manufacturing applications.
  • Three-Layer Heating/Cooling Jacket: The outer jacket handles steam or electric heating (up to 100 C for hot-process emulsification), while the middle jacket accepts chilled water for rapid cooling after emulsification. Combined PID temperature control holds setpoint within 1 C -- critical for heat-sensitive active ingredients in personal care formulations.
  • SS316L Full-Wetted Construction with Mirror Polish: All product-contact surfaces are SS316L with mirror finish.   • Tilting Discharge System: The main vessel tilts hydraulically for complete emptying of high-viscosity creams and pastes. No manual scooping, no wasted product.
