- Integrated High-Shear Homogenizer with Wall Scraper: The bottom-mounted rotor-stator homogenizer spins at 0-3600 rpm while the reverse-rotation wall scraper (0-60 rpm) continuously feeds product into the shear zone. This dual-motion design eliminates dead spots and ensures every particle passes through the high shear gap -- essential for smooth cosmetic cream texture with no graininess.
- Vacuum Deaeration System (-0.09 MPa): A water-ring vacuum pump removes entrapped air during emulsification.
