Vison Chemicals manufactures inline high shear homogenizers for producing paraffin wax emulsion, polyethylene (PE) wax emulsion, oxidized PE wax emulsion and other water-based wax dispersions. The rotor-stator workhead shears molten wax, emulsifiers and water into a stable sub-micron dispersion used in coatings, inks, textiles, paper sizing and fruit coating. Emulsion passes through the high-shear zone in a single continuous pass for consistent particle size and long-term shelf stability.
