Vison Chemicals supplies turnkey liquid soap making machines and production lines for manufacturing dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shower gel and multi-purpose liquid cleaner. The line blends anionic surfactants SLES (sodium laureth sulfate) and LABSA (linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid) with nonionic surfactants and amphoteric co-surfactants such as cocamidopropyl betaine, then thickens with sodium chloride and CDEA (cocamide DEA) into a stable, clear finished product. Modules cover water treatment, vacuum mixing, high-shear homogenizing, storage and transfer for continuous output from 500 to 5000 liters per batch.
