The reactor carries out free radical emulsion polymerization under controlled temperature and agitation, converting acrylic monomers and emulsifiers into stable polymer emulsions used in architectural coatings, pressure sensitive adhesives, textile binders and construction chemicals. Precise heating and cooling plus a multi-stage agitator deliver consistent particle size, solids content and viscosity batch after batch.
