The sanitary mixing tank combines a top-entry agitator with an optional heating and cooling jacket to dissolve sugar syrup, hydrate stabilizers and blend fruit pulp into uniform juice and beverage formulations. Its fully welded SS304 interior, sloped sanitary bottom and CIP spray ball meet food-grade hygiene requirements for juice, beverage and dairy processing plants.
