Each epoxy resin production reactor runs the condensation polymerization of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A under precise thermal oil heating and vacuum, producing E-51 bisphenol A type epoxy resin with controlled viscosity and epoxy value. The double mechanical seal and mirror polished interior protect batch purity, while PID temperature control holds the exothermic reaction within a narrow band for consistent molecular weight and gel time.
