Each enzyme fermentation tank is engineered with a top-entry Rushton turbine agitator and a sterile sintered air sparger that deliver the dissolved oxygen and uniform mixing required for high enzyme yield. The jacketed vessel holds the precise fermentation temperature while sanitary SS304 wetted surfaces support clean, aseptic batch operation from pilot trials to full commercial enzyme production plants.
