Vison Chemicals manufactures SS316L sodium hypochlorite production lines engineered for the continuous manufacturing of sodium hypochlorite bleach solution from chlorine gas and caustic soda (sodium hydroxide). Each bleach production line integrates a chlorine absorption reactor, a caustic soda dilution tank, a sodium hypochlorite mixing tank, and a storage and dosing system. The SS316L wetted parts resist the corrosive chlorinated solution, while PLC control keeps the exothermic chlorination reaction temperature stable and maintains a consistent free available chlorine concentration for biocide, disinfectant and water treatment chemical applications.
