SS316L Calcium Chloride Production Line for Concrete Accelerator De-icing Agent and Water Treatment Chemical Manufacturing

Vison Chemicals manufactures SS316L calcium chloride production lines engineered for the continuous manufacturing of calcium chloride flakes, pellets and powder from hydrochloric acid and limestone neutralization. Each calcium chloride production line integrates an acid-resistant neutralization reactor, a multi-effect evaporator for concentration, a drum flaker for flake crystallization, and a drying and packaging section. The SS316L wetted parts resist the hot hydrochloric acid and chloride brine, while PLC control keeps pH, concentration and temperature stable for concrete accelerator, de-icing agent, desiccant and water treatment chemical applications.
