Vison Chemicals manufactures SS316L sodium hydroxide dissolving tanks engineered for the safe dissolution and dilution of solid caustic soda flakes and pearls into lye solution of precise, ready-to-dose concentration. Each caustic soda dissolving tank is built with corrosion-resistant SS316L wetted parts, a sealed lid with fume extraction port, and a top-entry turbine agitator that accelerates dissolution while an internal cooling coil removes the strong exothermic heat released when sodium hydroxide dissolves in water. The prepared lye solution feeds water treatment chemical dosing, detergent and soap saponification, and anionic surfactant neutralization processes.
