Vison Chemicals engineers complete washing powder making machines and detergent powder production lines that continuously blend LAS, soda ash and sodium sulfate with STPP, CMC and enzymes into free-flowing laundry detergent powder. The SS316L wetted contact parts resist the mildly alkaline detergent slurry, while a ribbon mixer, high-speed granulator and steam-heated drying section produce a uniform, non-caking powder ready for packaging. Each detergent powder line is configured to the buyer target capacity and formulation, from a compact 500 kg/h plant to a full 5000 kg/h turnkey washing powder factory.
